Terms and Conditions

1. Please note that all the above rates are net and non-commissionable.

2. No rooms or services are booked or blocked for this request – all rooms, services and rates are subject to availability on the day of booking confirmation.

3. Early check-in/late check-out/extra bed/interconnecting rooms/all other special requests will be subject to availability unless specified otherwise.

4. King / Twin beds are subject to availability at the time of check-in only.

5. All room rates inclusions are as indicated at the of booking and all rates are inclusive of all taxes and services charges, except the Tourism Dirham which needs to be paid by the guests directly upon check-out for all hotels in the respective countries as required by the law.

6. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the client during the execution of the booking (.i.e. during the stay or during the attraction or during the ride).

7. Any complaints or feedback must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the stay / event – after this period, unfortunately no complaints are able to be entertained.

8. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the booking or else the booking shall not be confirmed.

9. Cancellation or amendments / changes to the booking may incur additional charges depending on the applicable cancellation policies.

10. Any refunds are subject to underlying terms and conditions only – in most cases where arrival date has passed, no refunds can be processed.

11. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items of personal property brought on any of the bookings are adequately insured.

12. The company is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during the tour.

13. The customer must comply with the company’s terms and conditions, which are available on request.

14. No name changes will be accepted for this offer, any name change to an existing booking will result in a change of rates to the one available at the time of the amendment.

15. OutMazed Tourism shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveller gets a travel insurance policy to manage any unforeseen events / circumstances. You may send us an email on reservations@outmazedtourism.com to buy your travel insurance from us or are able to also purchase this online.

16. To the extent permitted by mandatory local law, these Terms and our services will be governed by United Arab Emirates (UAE) law for all services offered by OutMazed Tourism LLC – the court of law applicable for handling any legal or regulatory matters shall be United Arab Emirates (UAE).

17. To the extent permitted by mandatory local law, any dispute will exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in United Arab Emirates.
